Cultivating Excellence in the World of Dance
Greetings, I am Brianna Hilaire, a dance educator, arts advocate, and educational leader who lives at the intersection of movement and learning. My work focuses on exploring how the performing arts can enhance student engagement, academic achievement, and personal growth, and I bring those insights into every learning experience I create.
As a middle school educator, I blend performing arts with purposeful instruction, creating environments where students can learn, lead, and thrive. By pairing structure with creativity, I use movement as a pathway to deeper understanding, self-expression, and confidence.
Beyond the classroom, I lead TIYFIT Youth Dance Sessions, where students receive training in African, contemporary, hip-hop, and jazz dance styles. I also serve as the Dance Director for The Inner You Wellness Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting wellness, leadership, and youth empowerment through the arts and fitness.
In addition, I direct The Inner You Dance Summer Program in partnership with On Your Toes Dance Academy in Tamarac, Florida, providing dance education, wellness experiences, and leadership development opportunities for youth ages 9–17.
Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Educational Leadership at Grand Canyon University, with a commitment to expanding opportunities for students and strengthening the role of the arts in education and community development.
